Dear Parents,

It is with pleasure that I welcome your child in my class.  My goal as your child’s teacher is to offer a program that  meets the needs of each and every child in the  class.  Outlined below is information that will help us all look forward to a very exciting and rewarding school year.

Monday through Thursday a short homework assignment will be given.  These assignments will include vocabulary words, spelling, reading, and math activities.

In order to provide my students with the excellent educational climate they deserve, I have developed the following Classroom Discipline Plan.  Please discuss it with your child.

1-Raise your hand

2-Use nice manners

3-Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself

4-Leave toys, candy, and gum at home

5-Work quietly at all times

Students who behave appropriately will be rewarded with stickers, praise, good notes home and special treats.

Parents are always welcome in my class.  If you are interested in working  with our class, send name, telephone number, and duty you would like to perform.
